Shipping / Postage charges will depend on the following factors:
- Weight of the parcel.
- Shipping address, whether local (within Australia or outside of Australia – Generally the Asia Pacific Region).
- Shipping option; local postage or International postage.
Delivery on average takes 5 to 14 working days within Australia (Australia Post delivery dependent). Outside of Australia it can take anything from 14-21 days.
After ordering we wait receipt of funds to reflect. When the funds reflect in our account we process your order and produce the item (s). The order is normally dispatched from our office within 24-48 hours of funds received.
You will receive a packing slip with your order reflecting all the necessary information about your order (including GST).
The provision of goods and services by Creflo Dollar Ministries is subject to availability. Our commitment to you: Creflo Dollar Ministries will replace free of charge any defective product returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Simply attach the return label provided on front of the packing slip to the outside of the package and it will return to us at no cost to you. Please use the return label on package slip for return and damaged merchandise.
